Duties:

The Globalization team helps to bring Client products and services to the world. Our goal is to leverage our success in the US and deliver innovative, simple, unique, and fully localized experiences to our international customers. We are looking for a highly motivated localization project coordinator to join our fun and fast-paced team to help us shape the Client message with maximum local relevance, amplifying our brand and products in key markets around the globe.

You Will:

Partner with LPMs and stakeholders (for Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success) to:

Ensure there is ongoing communication by triaging and managing G11n communication channels (such as #g11n-help) and more

Schedule, manage, coordinate, track, and troubleshoot localization requests within Client Localization Tools;

Support requests prioritization and manage all tasks within reasonable time;

Coordinate Jira projects and tasks for multiple locales/languages for a variety of deliverables across each process milestones and audit final deliverables

Manage multiple trackers E2E and dashboards (e.g. Jira, Asana) to ensure delivery of assets and sign off) plus keep teams informed of workload and volumes and coordinate each milestone of Project deliverables;

Ensure localization readiness and requirements are clear (e.g. ensure file formats are compliance, instructions are clear to vendors and internal teams);

Adherence to localization standard and best practices are followed (e.g. do we have test case plans for QA) and correct processes are followed and implemented;

LQA bug management, coordination and reporting with internal teams (e.g. reassigning to correct Product Manager and/or Engineer Manager and route unassigned bugs).

Skills:

Passionate and knowledgeable about globalizing process and operations

Familiarity with localization process and technology

Experience with globalization systems, content management systems, video localization tools and LQA testing methodologies.

A willingness to learn and ability to adapt to changes in projects whilst advocating for best practices

Outstanding organizational skills: ability to handle multiple projects keeping sight of the overall process and workload while interacting with various stakeholders simultaneously and tracking detailed milestones

Ability to identify requirements and prioritize critical deliverables and clearly articulate status updates and needs to different audiences filtering relevant information

Experience as an excellent team player in a fast-paced multi-cultural team

Excellent communication skills with technical and non technical stakeholders

Exceptional attention to detail

Education:

1+ years of experience in Localization project management, including vendor management.
