Enterprise Account Executive
This position is responsible for developing business opportunities in the sales of TEAM products and services. Enterprise Account Executive will maximize profits through creative
and selective selling focused on continuing the TEAM culture of excellent customer service.
Effective team member will establish and maintain customer relationships in a team environment while advancing TEAM’s exposure and position within the industry. Primary responsibilities are directed by business, new customer need and organizational goals as identified by the Business Development Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Promote and sell TEAM products and services to a broad range of prospective clients in an effort to reach established annual sales goals.
  • Utilizing consultative selling, determine creative ways of meeting those needs through existing or new solutions.
  • Generate new enterprise-level sales leads through quality prospecting and creative strategy. Respond to all assigned sales leads in a timely manner.
  • Conduct research and develop monthly sales initiatives based on insights from prior months.
  • Track all sales activity within the Customer Relationship Management application.
  • Communicate sales plan and outcomes to management team during weekly sales meetings.
  • Respond to request for proposals, price inquiries and all other sales related inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with all other departments efficiently on an ongoing basis to support the need of prospective clients.
  • Attend seminars, trade shows and conferences as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years industry experience or High School Diploma with 5+ years of industry experience
  • Computer Skills: High level knowledge of business-related computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat/PDFs – ability to edit and create, scanning)
  • Soft Skills Required:
  • Communication – Ability to communicate effectively with others clearly and concisely
  • Detail Oriented – Ability to pay attention to the minute details of the project or task
  • Organized – Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task
  • Low Ego – Ability to admit one’s mistakes, be open accepting and willing to hear constructive feedback
  • Presentation Skills – Ability to effectively present information publicly
  • Relationship Building – Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and co-workers
  • Sales Ability – Ability to use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of product, service or idea
  • Self-Confident – The trait of being comfortable in making decisions for oneself
  • Work Environment:
  • This job operates primarily in a clerical office setting in Tulsa. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. You must be able to sit for long periods of time.
