Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle Inbound Sales inquiries, providing product information, answering questions, and guiding customers through the sales process.
  • Make Outbound Calls to potential customers and engage in persuasive sales conversations to generate leads and close sales.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the features, benefits and value propositions to customers.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve “Five Star” satisfaction.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Process customer accounts and keep records of customer interactions.
  • Dispatch duties as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Customer Success Representative Related Skills:

  • Proven Outbound Sales experience.
  • Able to identify and handle the urgency of each task and work in a high stress position.
  • Detailed oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of personality characteristics.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills such as communication, problem-solving, and organization.
  • Ability to take initiative and work under minimal supervision.

What does a Customer Success Representative do?

  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas focusing on individual and team goals.
  • Act as a liaison for customers providing information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer(s) might have with accuracy and efficiency.

What makes an exceptional Customer Success Representative?

An exceptional customer success presentative is genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic and passionately communicative. Willing to use probing questions to identify customer’s needs and offer appropriate company services.

Target goal for Customer Success Representatives:

A customer success representative’s goal is to ensure excellent service, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and offer company services to meet or exceed individual, team and call center department sales goals. Also maintain a high customer satisfaction rating for the company.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 + years of experience in outbound phone sales environment.
  • Preferred blended call center experience.
  • Work closely with management to achieve individual, team and department sales goals.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Customer service experience, handling and resolving customer issues/concerns.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Good time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
