SUMMARY:
- We are on the hunt for an experienced Sales Consultant with a robust background in IT solution sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading customers through the complexities of IT methods sales to comprehensive business solution sales. You will play a crucial role in identifying sales opportunities, nurturing prospects, and building sustainable revenue cycles. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding our clients through their digital transformation journeys, leveraging the latest technologies and methodologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and execute sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Lead customers to comprehensive business solutions through expert knowledge of IT methods and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Develop and nurture prospect pipelines, converting leads into successful sales.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to track customer interactions and sales progress.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide feedback to the company regarding market intelligence.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in solution sales, specifically within the IT sector.
- A history of meeting or exceeding a sales quota of at least 3 Million.
- Familiarity with the tools and technologies used by Alinco IT.
- Strong understanding of IT sales methodologies and the ability to lead customers to comprehensive business solutions.
- Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and nurture connections.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computing, or a related field. Relevant certifications are highly regarded.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with outstanding problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
