Lippert Floor Care Services is seeking a highly driven and enthusiastic sales professional to fill our Maintenance Account Manager position to support our exciting growth and development. In this position you will fill a critical role and will be responsible for proactively expanding our business by soliciting prospects via phone, email, or on-site visits within your assigned sales territory. This highly dynamic and rewarding position will focus on new B2B development with a heavy emphasis on networking and prospecting for the Milwaukee, WI area. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, prospect meetings, presenting programs, building your network, trade group participation and meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities:
· Prospect new business through cold calls via phone, email, and on-site visits.
· Actively promote and market our services through effective communication and outreach.
· Achieve lead generation and appointment scheduling to target markets.
· Engage with potential clients to introduce LFCS services and solutions.
· Learn and utilize industry knowledge to explain LFCS value proposition.
· Collaboration with sales team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas.
· Maintain lead generation and pipeline tracking.

- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Ability to learn and demonstrate company core values and best practices
- Meet or exceeds all sales activity goals
- Meet or exceeds sales revenue goals
Top Characteristics:
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience preferred.
· Eagerness to gain knowledge about the Facilities Maintenance Industry.
- Confidence with strong presentability to succeed in cold-calling customers and building trust.
- Ability to uphold the highest ethical standards. Must be an individual of high integrity.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-driven and entrepreneurial.
- Ability to multi-task and is deadline driven
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM)
Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work within the United States for any employer.
- Must have reliable transportation through a personal vehicle. You will be reimbursed for business mileage.
· Frequent driving between accounts, meetings, and walkthroughs,
- A valid driver’s license.
· High school degree or equivalent.
- Ability to pass background check.

- Lifting 26 – 50 lbs.

Schedule:
Hours typically occur within normal business hours, 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. There will be times that meetings, walkthroughs, networking events may occur outside of these hours. However, that should not be considered a frequent occurrence.
