Client Services Specialist
Sales operations professional focused on order process excellence to deliver outstanding customer experience following our TIG sales process and tools. Responsibilities include creative ideation, sourcing, quoting, and follow-up with quotes and orders. Support Account Executives and/or manage smaller clients with a portfolio value <$1MM.
Expectations:
1) Foundational Excellence
· Source, Quote, Follow-Up and Close.
· Understand and master TIG Tools: NetSuite, ESP, and TIGCommerce.
· Receive and make customer service calls.
· Resolve or escalate customer issues in a timely manner.
· Deliver outstanding customer experience.
· Invoice chasing and escalation as needed.
2) Lead, Coordinate, and Manage Assignments & Clients (if applicable)
· Develop strong knowledge base about assigned customers.
· Provide leadership on client’s behalf and prepare most work requests.
· Monitor activity on assigned accounts.
· Maintain communications with appropriate team to ensure great results.
· Escalate exceptions and client issues to Management as required.
· Accountable for analyzing and minimizing waste.
3) Relationship, Project and Product Management
· Lead, manage, and communicate project status and constraints (schedule / scope / resources).
· Collaborate with all team members and departments to provide accurate updates and ensure a great customer experience.
· Assist in merchandising and data setup for e-commerce implementations.
· Understand and present product trends, recommendations, and opportunities.
· Demonstrate creativity/product acumen and develop meaningful supplier relationships.
· Keep artwork organized and maintain a record of previous projects that is easily reviewed and complies with standard operating procedures.
