Sales Representative
Duties:
- Identify and target potential customers to promote and sell products or services
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the products or services
- Negotiate and close sales deals with customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
