Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. As a Sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and drive sales
- Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track customer interactions and update sales records
- Engage in warm calling techniques to build rapport with potential customers
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
