Junior/Intermediate Marketing Coordinator – Full-time contractor position

Position Overview:

Augmentt is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives and campaigns, with a focus on WordPress management, marketing automation, graphic design, copywriting, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical skills, creativity, and a passion for marketing in the technology sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. WordPress Content Update (no HTML experience required):

- Perform regular updates to the company website, including page creation, blog post publishing, and minor edits.

- Ensure website content is up-to-date and accurate

2. Marketing Automation:

- Assist our Demand Generation manager with various Salesforce and Pardot tasks

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize workflows to enhance effectiveness.

3. Coordination with 3rd Party Contractors:

- Collaborate with external contractors and agencies to support various marketing initiatives, such as graphic design, video production, and content creation.

4. Graphic Design:

- Create engaging visuals using tools like Canva for social media posts, flyers, presentations, and other marketing collateral.

- Ensure consistency in design elements across all marketing materials.

5. Copywriting:

- Craft compelling copy for website content, email marketing campaigns, blogs, and other promotional materials.

- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging throughout all communications.

6. Marketing Plan Support:

- Assist in the development and execution of effective marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

- Contribute creative ideas and insights to enhance marketing strategies.

7. Administrative Support:

- Manage key administrative tasks associated with marketing projects, such as webinar setup, email copywriting, swag design and ordering, online portal management, and event planning support.

8. Motivated Self-Starter:

- Demonstrate a proactive and outgoing personality with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

- Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and achieve marketing objectives.

9. Video Editing (Asset):

- Utilize video editing skills to create engaging multimedia content for marketing campaigns and initiatives.

10. SaaS Marketing Experience (Asset):

- Previous experience marketing Software as a Service (SaaS) products would be considered an asset.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, with demonstrated expertise in WordPress management, marketing automation (Salesforce & Pardot), graphic design (Canva), and copywriting.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in video editing would be a major asset.

- Experience marketing SaaS products would also be considered an asset.
