**Expected to make roughly 50k in just 9 months. Off December through February**

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have a passion for building relationships with clients.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in canvassing and networking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and maximize revenue
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Business Development Manager - POSITION AGREEMENT

Term: 2024

The following agreement stipulates the terms of employment that the Sales Consultant

employed by Apply Pressure Washing and Restoration LLC agree to adhere by:

Accountability and Role

The areas of accountability for the Sales Consultant Position are as follows:

  • Quoting accurate projects so the company earns at least a 65% gross profit margin on all projects and the booking goal of $15,000 ( subject to change depending on week) per week is met
  • Will assist Office Manager/ VA & Operations Manager for ensuring our clients needs are responded to promptly
  • Building the brand by collecting 20+ estimates per week by trained marketing methods from the company.
  • Providing in person estimates to our clients at a 65% gross profit margin
  • Accurately writing down ALL the details that are discussed with client so that the hand off to the crew can be frictionless
  • Attending weekly BNI meetings to promote the company and network with other local home service business owners
  • Driving business with lead generation methods such as door knocking, putting up signs, networking, and creating relationships.
  • Working directly with the company owner to ensure our sales plan is followed and we meet our booking goals.
  • Tracking weekly booking metrics in Google Drive and reporting these reports to company owner to help make strategic decisions for the company.
  • Accurately updating the company CRM on a weekly basis, so that sales statistics are accurate and the company can make strategic decisions
  • Maintain a personal phone and company laptop in good working order using company applications to deliver results.
  • Maintain your vehicle in good working order and presentable to clients.
  • 100 doors knocked per day average, 500 per week

Wage Structure

Pay will be set a base of $500 per week as well as 5% commission on all work that is sold by Sales Consultant. Additional bonuses may be rewarded by the company, but are not guaranteed. Performance reviews will gauge performance and raises may be the result.

Roughly 30 to 50k annual pay expectations

Benefits

Health insurance allowance $125 monthly

5 days PTO

Fuel allowance of $40 per week

Bonuses paid on performance if exceeding expectations

Probationary period

A three-month probationary period will be in effect from the start of employment.

Termination can occur in this timeline for poor performance or poor cultural fit. During this probationary period no PTO or other benefits will be given.

Performance and wage review

A performance and wage review will take place on an annual basis. Raises are performance based and raises are not guaranteed. Performance reviews are attempted on a monthly basis.

Schedule and Hours of Work

This position will be full time hours with an average of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week. Although, additional hours during peak season can be expected. Hours scheduled to work can be flexible and with the approval of the Company Owner.

Schedule each week is:

Monday through Saturday totalling 40 hours per week. Hours are not typical 9 to 5. Monday and Saturday are typically the most VALUABLE days for sales reps. You will not be clocking in and out but we will have certain blocks marked off for estimates, meetings, etc and the blank time is up to you to produce results.

The Outbound Sales Rep will be responsible for tracking hours. Bonuses will be given on an earned basis for excellent performance.

Statutory Vacation Pay

Does not qualify for this position

Time OFF

Time off is to be scheduled with the Company Owner with a minimum of 2 weeks lead time.

Company is typically not operating in the last two weeks of December.

Notice of Resignation

Sales Consultant agrees to give a full two weeks notice prior to resigning.

Uniforms

Uniforms must be worn when interacting with our clients. This means that a company shirt, company jacket, and professional pants are worn when seeing our clients.

Safety

Sales Consultant must follow the safety procedures of Apply Pressure Washing and Restoration

Staff Meetings

Attendance to all staff meetings and training sessions is mandatory.

All terms of this Position Agreement are subject to change. No terms of this agreement should be considered prescient setting for upcoming employment contracts.
