We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop sales strategies
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities
- Develop new business opportunities through business development efforts
- Communicate effectively with clients in English and Spanish, if applicable
- Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales and achieving targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with technical sales and industrial products
- Ability to analyze market data and trends
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $47,814.63 - $57,583.21 per year
