Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Outside Sales Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business, engaging potential customers, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate Leads: Seek out new business opportunities through canvassing, networking, and referrals. Company leads will also be provided.
• Connect with Customers: Meet with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer the best roofing solutions.
• Close Sales: Turn leads into sales, aiming to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Build Relationships: Maintain good relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Roofing Sales Experience: At least 6 months of experience in roofing sales.
• Good Communication Skills: Ability to connect and communicate well with customers.
• Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented and proactive.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
• Experience with JobNimbus is a plus.

Compensation

• Commission: Competitive pay with performance-based commissions.
• Weekly Bonuses: Incentives for hitting weekly sales targets.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Roofing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Mesa, AZ (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Mesa, AZ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
