We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our clients sales department at their senior living community. This is an opportunity to join a team that values passion, performance, and productivity!

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the sales team, motivating them to meet or exceed their sales quotas
- Analyze sales and operational records to project sales, determine profitability, and identify potential new markets
- Engage directly with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Address customer complaints and operational challenges to maintain efficient sales operations
- Collaborate with the facility administrator to set sales quotas and strategies, and represent the company at trade association meetings
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in senior living sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field, or a comparable record of sales leadership experience
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong supervisory, leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail
