Position: Customer Service/Sales Representative
Starting Pay: $18/hour
Hours: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Location: Murietta, CA
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service in a bustling office setting
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Effectively multitask to manage various responsibilities simultaneously
- Utilize Google Sheets, Docs, Forms, and Trello to organize tasks and streamline processes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor even during busy periods
Requirements:
- Previous experience in face-to-face customer service is essential
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets, Docs, Forms, and Trello
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for evening shifts
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
