AppleOne has partnered with a growing family-owned company in Irvine seeking an Inside Sales Representative. This is a direct hire role
This role is base plus commission role. Business to business sales, heavy phone sales.
Must have technical aptitude.
Small company feel, with excellent longevity on team (5 years to 25 years).
Flexible hours
In office during training - great training - shadowing
Possible field time once a year to visit a big client or for a trade show.
Possible hybrid role if sales criteria are met.

- Warm calling: follow up on leads
- Cold calling: research and find leads
- Finding out what the needs are, research who to speak with
- Present products over phone and via virtual meetings
- Take orders
- Upselling
- Assist client with care, strong listening skills, a consultative sales approach
