TITLE: Inbound Sales Representative
DEPARTMENT: Sales
REPORTS TO: RVP
FLSA: Exempt
Position Summary
This position will manage and grow both revenue and in-bound tire volume utilizing a consultative approach in the sale of Tire Collection and Recycling services to locally serviced accounts as assigned. Responsible for retaining existing revenue and tire volume and closing new business as well as managing pricing on an account-by-account basis to achieve budgeted goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Initiating business to business sales relationships with existing customers
· Developing proposals and offerings to secure volume and grow new business.
· Research and become fluent in all facets of Tire Recycling
· Attending conferences/symposiums as a means of networking and staying current with industry-and market-related information
· Assignment management
· Building trusting relationships
· Providing high-impact Communication
· Able to identify pertinent Local, County, State, and/or Federal government regulations.
· Responsible for retaining existing tire volume and prospecting and closing to achieve budgeted volume goals at profitable margins.
· Manage both existing customers and prospect opportunities by developing and maintaining sound sales plans.
· Devising sales approaches and solutions
· Marshalling resources
· Sales negotiation
· Sales opportunity analysis
· Effectively uses Liberty Tire Recycling tools (i.e. Prospect and Customer Database, Proposal Programs, Pricing Tools, etc as available).
Other Duties & Responsibilities
· The ability to convert new business inquiries into secure customers.
· Ability to transform potential customer cancellations into retained customers through professional negotiation.
· General knowledge and understanding of the bidding/quoting process preferred.
· Development of strong relationships with existing assigned customers
· Techniques for identifying and managing new business opportunities, and ability to respond to objections from existing customers.
· Techniques for bypassing “Gatekeepers”
· Understands the competitive landscape in the local area.
· Able to analyze issues and resolve problems independently.
· Proven ability to successfully conduct formal presentations.
· Recognizes relationship networks and utilizes them to build customer base.
· Excellent business and communication skills
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
· Ability to develop strong relationships with existing assigned and new customers.
· Strong knowledge of techniques for identifying and managing new business opportunities, and ability to respond to objections from existing customers.
· Ability to analyze issues and resolve problems independently.
· Proven ability to successfully conduct formal presentations.
· Ability to recognize relationship networks and utilize them to build customer base.
· Excellent business and communication skills.
· Ability to analyze sales trend data.
· Ability to calculate profit pricing for all new customers.
· Strong negotiation skills.
· Ability to interact well with all levels of employees in the organization.
· Proficiency with software and web-based applications.
· Minimum of 5 years of progressive and successful business-to-business sales and account management activity required; industrial sales experience preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
· Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
