Open to Houston, Cleveland, Cary, Westerville, Auburn Hills office locations (position will by hybrid)

Job Responsibilities and Duties

Communicates with Talent Partners for the available positions and their requirements
Creates talent pipeline for hiring needs by evaluating and screening potential candidates with focus

on engineering, product/project management, sales and more

Develops recruitment emails, ABB brand announcements online and offline to generate candidate

interest

Crowdsources potential candidates and generate referrals from current employees
Interact with potential candidates on social media and through professional networks
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
Connects on social media and with professional networks to interact with potential candidates
Measure conversion rates of identified candidates through the recruitment funnel
Build relationships with key business stakeholders to understand the roles in maintenance, field service, facilities and maintenance.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a talent sourcer, recruitment coordinator, sales representative, or

related role

Field Service, Engineering, Maintenance or Technical recruiting experience preferred.

Comfort with communicating with varying experience levels
Knowledge in MS Office, eRecruit, LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday
Time-management and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent

Must be willing to travel 30% domestic to attend recruiting events and conferences

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
