Starting pay for this position is $140,800.00 per year

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages and directs the Invoice to Pay processes supporting overall company
  • Actively seeks and addresses challenges that can change the operations of the Procure to Pay function
  • Will establish a non-Supply Chain Procurement function
  • Maintains process integrity, internal controls and ensures financial compliance with company policies and to all applicable laws and regulations
  • Participates in/leads strategic planning and operating discussions as well as corporate policy development for PTP
  • Regularly interacts with senior management/business group leaders on matters concerning functional areas, and/or suppliers
  • Frequently presents high level analyses to business partners and senior management
  • Manages and administers the relationship with external auditors for areas of responsibility
  • Leads or serves as a key Procure to Pay project team member on ERP and cross-functional projects, with higher visibility to senior management within the organization
  • Ability to influence change and mediate sensitive issues with internal and external business partners
  • Provides ad-hoc analysis and project support for functional area to executive leadership with strategic insight into key trends, drivers, and operating results
  • Develops current and future business drivers, contributes to monthly cash flow forecasts
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the ITP function
  • Position reports to SVP, CAO

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

Skills and Requirements

  • Requires extensive proficiency in PTP and Finance as well as strong understanding of how PTP operations impact goals of multiple functions
  • Significant senior managerial experience of staff members, outsource relationships, and suppliers
  • Must have considerable experience in the finance function of a large multi-location corporation
  • Must have working knowledge of procurement processes for manufacturing
  • Requires prior experience leading Finance Transformation
  • Highly desirable to have demonstrated skills in acquisition due diligence and integration
  • Proven ability to lead teams and projects to successful completion
  • Requires extensive capability in identification and implementation of process improvements
  • Requires the ability to quickly establish credibility with diverse audiences and be perceived as a leader
  • Requires the ability to change the thinking of or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations
  • Extensive knowledge of Deacom, SAP, NetSuite or equivalent ERP system is required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, an inquisitive mind, and the ability to work effectively in fast paced environment
  • Requires an elevated level of self-motivation, leadership, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic

Experience / Education

  • 15 years of relevant experience and BA or BS degree in accounting or equivalent
  • 8+ years of management experience
