Job Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Custom Contracting, you will play a critical role in driving our company’s growth by increasing sales through cold calls and managing customer relationships. Your primary responsibilities include handling inbound calls, booking appointments, reaching out to past customers, and supporting our field sales reps with accurate and timely information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Management
  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, identify customer needs, and provide solutions.
  • Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to schedule appointments, introduce new products, and follow up on previous interactions.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest company offerings.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of booked appointments and closed deals.
  • Lead Management
  • Manage, track, and follow up on leads generated through various channels, ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Document all customer interactions and sales processes within the company CRM system, maintaining accurate records for future analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing to understand and leverage new lead generation campaigns.
  • Support and Collaboration
  • Assist field sales representatives by providing relevant customer information, scheduling details, and support as needed to help close deals more efficiently.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues swiftly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with past customers to rekindle relationships and introduce new offers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
