Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to refine strategies and improve processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field, with a focus on technical sales preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts.
- A background in business development is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $69,557.00 - $250,000.00 per year
