```Duties```

Responsible for business development in the USA, in the designated states and regions, based on established procedures.
Responsible for negotiating with clients all aspects concerning the development of the business.
Constantly evaluate the market in order to keep General Management informed of price variations in addition to other variables of interest for decision making.
Present monthly the results of sales management to the General Management to know if the established objectives are met.
Design and execute strategies that allow adequate marketing of the product with the aim of expanding the customer portfolio.
Responsible for developing sales strategy, tactics and action plans for key growth.
Develop and implement a coherent marketing plan to increase brand awareness.
Identify potential clients.
Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and growth opportunities.

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in business development or sales role, preferably in the software industry.

- 5 years of sales experience (minimum).

- Bilingual (Spanish & English) Required.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop strategic plans
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for driving business growth and achieving targets.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
