The Role:
We are looking for a new Inside Sales Representative to join our team! This is a position for someone who has some experience dialing warm leads, can easily learn new topics, and is highly motivated, with the ability to learn things on their own. Our ideal candidate will be someone incredibly enthusiastic and outgoing, with amazing written and oral communication skills. You are amazing at managing personalities, and always keep your cool.

What You’ll Do:
- High volume of daily outbound calls to our USA customers, mostly to warm leads (those who've visited our website and given us their contact info), as well as previous & existing customers.
- Maintain broad knowledge of products and services.
- Some inbound customer service for knowledge and training.
- Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience with outbound sales.
- Science or nutrition related experience a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and self-motivated.
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation.

- Base pay is $25/hr with commission, PTO (accrued vacation, personal days, sick days, and paid holidays), 100% paid medical & dental, and 401k matching.
- Flexible hybrid work - you will mostly work from home, 99%, with infrequent in-office meetings at our La Jolla office, as well as optional company outings, lunches, and group vacations!
