What You'll Do:As a Phone Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll:
- Create a welcoming and exciting atmosphere for customers.
- Connect with customers, identify their needs, and help them choose the perfect products or experiences.
- Describe features and benefits of merchandise and services to showcase why Hollywood Sports is the best choice.
- Answer questions about the park, merchandise, and services.
- Verify age for age-restricted purchases.
- Inform customers about memberships and rewards programs.
- Process payments and assist with exchanges.
- Promote ongoing sales and share park policies.
- Keep an eye out for security concerns and report incidents promptly.
- Work closely with team members to keep everything running smoothly.
