If so, LabCorp has an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Executive (Sales Representative) for our newly formed Health System Operating Division.
This is a unique opportunity to join a new division focused on growth in our largest strategic partnership. As an outside sales/account manager, you'll find a rewarding role that allows you the ability to directly affect the patient, providers, and the growth of your Division.
As a Key Account Executive (KAE), you will be responsible for managing a large existing book of business while also introducing focused specialty products, analytical platforms and workflow efficiencies to your clients. We strive for strong customer service with increased growth annually from this book of business.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Educate, instruct and upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory
Act as a liaison between the client and the LabCorp operations team in relation to client needs
Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base
Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service
Recommend solutions that are client focused and persuasive
Provide account management for client’s day to day operations
Upsell current book of business to increase organic growth
Work closely with senior sales representatives to grow book of business
Continuously provide educational material to the client base
Resolve any customer related issues in a timely manner
Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals on a regular basis
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Previous sales experience or account management is preferred
Business experience is preferred, preferably 3+ years
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Proven success managing a book of business
Superior customer service skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to deliver results in a fast paced, competitive market
Self- motivated
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to travel overnight as needed Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
