Your perpetual state of discontent fuels your insatiable hunger for improvement. You learn and implement at a rapid pace, actively seeking feedback and constantly exploring ways to enhance your skills. While effortlessly outperforming your peers, you are relentlessly driven to surpass your own records.

With over 2 years of sales experience, you have a verifiable history of earning in excess of $75,000 and a need to quickly surpass $105,000. Guided by your sales process, you recognize the importance of tracking your behavior and metrics.

Compensation:

Expected earnings for this role are $105,000 to $190,000. Salespeople who fail to earn at this level are not kept at Unload My Home, as our leads, systems, and resources provide ample opportunity for selling.

Base pay is between $24,000 to $50,000, depending on your experience, and is a draw against commission.

What you’ll be doing:

Each weekday kicks off at 8:30 AM, where the team reviews the previous day’s KPIs and immerses in targeted sales training. Your morning involves following up with hot leads, arranging in-home appointments, and reaching out to past appointments until 11 AM.

As the clock strikes 11, the stage shifts to in-home appointments, where your focus becomes creating urgency, problem solving, and making decisions. You’ll be on the move, going from appointment to appointment, for the rest of the day and on Saturdays.

Signed agreements seamlessly transition to our transaction coordinator, so you can get right back to selling. You may occasionally step back into a deal if needed.
