Key Responsibilities:

  • We provide you daily with leads as soon as you log in to your computer to begin the workday. We do encourage you to create a pipeline of leads through circle of influence for constant activity.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Educate clients on different insurance products including life, health, auto, home, and commercial insurance.
  • Customize insurance packages to fit clients' budgets and coverage preferences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Follow up with leads and clients to provide ongoing support, address inquiries, and cross-sell additional products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to effectively advise clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to effectively close sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must hold appropriate insurance licenses or be willing to obtain them within a specified timeframe.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,803.00 - $85,595.00 per year

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Life & Health Insurance License (Preferred)
