Job Title: Exterior Improvements Sales Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Exterior Improvements Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on promoting and selling our high-quality roofing, siding, and guttering products and services. As a Sales Representative, you will work closely with homeowners and property managers to understand their exterior improvement needs, provide expert recommendations, and generate accurate and competitive quotes. Your goal will be to drive sales growth, foster client relationships, and contribute to our reputation as a trusted provider of exterior improvement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Actively seek out and engage with potential clients through various channels, including referrals, leads, and cold calling. Build a strong sales pipeline to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their roofing, siding, and guttering needs. Provide professional, knowledgeable recommendations based on a thorough understanding of our product offerings and industry standards.
- Quoting and Estimation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and estimates for roofing, siding, and guttering projects. Use product knowledge and pricing guidelines to ensure quotes are realistic, appealing, and profitable.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing excellent service, timely follow-ups, and addressing any questions or concerns throughout the sales and installation process.
- Product Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings to better serve clients and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, installation teams, and other departments to ensure that client expectations are met and projects are completed to high-quality standards.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and quotes in CRM software. Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on sales metrics, client feedback, and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing, siding, guttering, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of roofing, siding, and guttering products, materials, and industry standards is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
