Position Overview

This entry-level position is designed to teach you the ins and outs of roofing sales. As a Sales Trainee, you'll receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience that will prepare you for advancement to a Sales Representative role within our company. No prior experience is needed—just a motivated mindset and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

Learn the Basics: Receive training on roofing products, services, and the sales process

Shadow Experienced Reps: Gain real-world experience by working alongside seasoned sales professionals

Develop Sales Skills: Participate in workshops and coaching sessions to build your communication and sales abilities

Customer Engagement: Begin interacting with potential clients under the guidance of a mentor

Progression Path: Work towards becoming an independent Sales Representative with your own client base

Earning Potential

Our trainees have the potential to earn between $1,000 to $4,000 per week through commission-based sales as they progress

Who We're Looking For

Motivated Individuals: Eager to learn and grow within the company

No Experience Required: We provide all the training you need

Background Beneficial: Experience in car sales, furniture sales, pest control sales, solar sales, cell phone sales, or energy sales is a plus but not necessary
