Position for theSales Representative

Job Title: Sales Representative Reports to: Sales Manager

Basic Job Description:

General Sales activities including order taking, data entry, invoicing and delivering. Responsible for collecting payments. Maintain the existing customer relations and develop new customers to increase sales amount and profit.

Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Sells company’s products by visiting or calling on prospective and established customers.
• Takes orders and provides necessary follow-up to the customers.
• Maintains sales programs within assigned territory by keeping customers informed about available products and prices.
• Determines priority and effort given to each account based on sales potential.
• Responds to customer’s inquiries or complaints regarding company’s products.
• Responsible for collecting payments from customers.
• Delivers products to customers upon request.
• Keeps records and prepares reports on sales activities.
• Monitors competitive activity and trends within the territory.
• Keeps developing new customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned and/or necessary.

Requirements:

• Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoints, Outlook, Internet, and e-mail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• College degree or equivalent preferred
• 2-3 years of food sales experience
• English and Korean / Japanese / Chinese bilingual helpful
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Good driving record

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job included close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to physically perform the basic life operational functions of walk; stand, reach over shoulder, reach overhead, reach outward, bend, talk, hear and repetitive motions stoop, kneel, crouch, and taste or smell.
