K&P Remodeling is one of America's largest and fastest growing home improvement companies, and an exclusive partner of The Home Depot. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team!

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for helping our Sales team identify new opportunities, and setting appointments for them to meet with interested customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with existing and potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and identifying new sales opportunities. This individual must have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and be highly organized. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in one of our solutions.
  • Explain features & benefits of our solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Provide customer service and support.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
  • Manage customer accounts and follow up on inquiries.
  • Utilize a CRM system to track customer interactions and progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
