Job Title: Commercial Sales Representative

Company: Xtreme Exteriors

Required: Commercial or Residential construction knowledge.

Location: Laurel, MD - Baltimore, MD to Washington, DC (Can be remote with occasional on-site meetings)

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. If you have a proven track record of success in construction sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential commercial clients, including General Contractors, Architects, and Property Managers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial construction industry
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and requirements of potential clients
  • Present and promote Xtreme Exteriors' products and services to commercial clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop tailored solutions for commercial projects
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of Xtreme Exteriors
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company
  • Utilize CRM platforms for efficient tracking of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and progress to the Sales Manager

Qualifications:

  • Related field experience is required (Construction)
  • Proven experience in commercial sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of the commercial construction industry and understanding of exterior construction materials
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales
  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary ($75,000) with commission structure (unlimited potential)
  • Company-provided phone, laptop, and vehicle allowance

Experience:

  • Commercial Sales: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Work Location:

  • Multiple locations (Can be remote with occasional on-site meetings)
  • Relationships are the location, if you build the relationship then you get them.
