Who You Are

As a Senior Enterprise Business Development Representative at Brand ID, you are an ambitious and strategic professional, skilled in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-value business opportunities within the apparel and retail sectors. • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, taking the initiative to generate new business opportunities through creative outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create, nurture, and qualify high-value opportunities, leveraging both outbound efforts and market research.
  • Execute personalized outreach strategies, including cold calls, email cadences (Apollo), and LinkedIn engagement to generate interest and set up meetings.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, key partnerships, and market trends, translating that knowledge into effective outreach.
  • Facilitate the setup of sample deliveries, working with teams in Hong Kong and Costa Mesa to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Hit quarterly business development targets, with commission opportunities for achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Actively contribute to team discussions on best practices for outreach and email marketing campaigns.
  • Attend quarterly trade shows & be flexible to travel to brands (if necessary)
  • Complete weekly store visits & collect your findings to then share internally with the sales & Bus Dev team

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4-6 years of experience in Business Development, with a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Passion for conducting thorough research and developing creative outreach strategies.
  • Comfortable and confident presenting to C-suite executives, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and network effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace products (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce or Apollo.
  • A self-starter with a "get the job done" attitude, driven by results and the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the apparel and packaging industry, with a passion for branding.
