Midwestern Metal Recycling Company seeks a seasoned Account Manager to oversee all facets of the purchasing and sales of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals. This pivotal role involves managing existing relationships while cultivating new ones with suppliers and customers, ensuring smooth operations alongside the team, and optimizing profitability through astute negotiation and market analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Scrap Trading
- Establish, Maintain & Develop Supplier & Customer Relationships
- Collaborate with Operations to Process Scrap in Efficient & Timely Manner
- Negotiate Contracts, Pricing & Terms
- Identify Opportunities for Business
- Stay Abreast of Market Trends & Pricing
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years Metals Recycling Buyer/Trader Experience
- Knowledgeable in Scrap Metal Processing, Grading & Pricing
- Excellent Communication, Organizational, Analytical & Negotiation Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance Preferred
