POSITION IS ONSITE - MUST LIVE IN OHIO.

EVERY SATURDAY REQUIRED.

Distinctive Kitchen & Bath is in immediate need of a self-motivated sales representative. We are looking for an employee who is great and making and closing sales, with a professional appearance and great customer service. This is also a design position; however, sales are the main motivator.

The Job duties include:

- Developing detailed sketches, plans, and renderings of kitchen designs that meet clients’ needs and taste preferences using 2020 Design software.

- Preparing detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment, required for each project

-Consulting with clients throughout the design process to ensure that they are satisfied with the design.

-Working closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure that construction materials and finishes are appropriate for the space.

-Coordinating with architects and other consultants such as plumbers and electricians during the design process.

-Creating detailed drawings of kitchens with measurements, materials lists, and item specifications for contractors to follow.

-Designing kitchen, bath and other room layouts and selecting, countertops, cabinets, backsplash tile and other materials based on client requirements.

-Presenting detailed proposals and renderings to clients for approval.

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma/GED required
College degree preferred
Success orientated
Ability to learn basic computer programs and processes
Excellent phone & presentation skills
Advanced communication and organizational skills
Prior experience with cabinets and countertops required
2 years previous sales experience
Working knowledge of 20/20 and Microsoft Office programs
Ability to read blueprints
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
