Job Description
As a Commissioned Salesperson, your primary responsibility will be to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities for our commercial door repair and service offerings. You will work closely with building managers, facility operators, and commercial property owners to provide them with solutions that meet their door maintenance and repair needs. This position is ideal for a motivated and self-starting individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

- Identify and prospect new leads through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with building managers, property owners, and facility operators.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide accurate service quotes.
- Present and explain the benefits of our repair and maintenance services to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by following up on leads, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor services to effectively position our company in the market.
- Collaborate with the service and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.

- To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the outlined experience level, education, training, minimum years of experience, product, or industry knowledge plus any certifications to be considered.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in commercial services or related industries (experience in the door industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of commercial doors and related products is an advantage but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
