BILINGUAL CUSTOMER ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVES

In this customer service role, you will use your creative problem-solving abilities to directly, and positively, impact the customer experience. Our contact center receives inbound calls from both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers who need help with specialized and complex account questions that cannot be completed online. In addition, Bilingual Customer Account Representatives correspond via email and online chat communications. And, that’s where you come in…saving the day with confidence and providing excellence in customer care!
The opportunities within this role include personalization of the customer’s journey from start to finish of each conversation, reservation assistance and assurance of accurate vacation details, and overall customer satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION…
  • Bilingual Spanish/English verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience, 2 years preferred
  • Ability to work from home with focus space and limited distractions
  • Must have high-speed Internet service
  • Problem-solving and the ability to exercise critical thinking
  • Confidence to take the empowerment given and make/present decisions for customer solutions
  • Willingness to pursue the goal of continual improvement, adapt in a changing environment, anticipate customer needs, and exceed customer expectations
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Detail-oriented service
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills
  • Ability to offer comparable alternatives
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems including MS Office, internet, and internal programs
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred); high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (required)

Our schedules include evenings and Saturdays (with Sundays and one weekday off)
