We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for servicing existing customers, build relationships and indentifying cross sell opportunities to ultimate help our clients protect what matters most.
*What You'll Do*
- Engage with existing and new customers to handle insurance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Make outbound calls to clients and prospects to conduct policy reviews, nurture relationships and follow up on sales opportunities
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements, making sure every client feels valued
- Meet monthly targets while committed to providing the best client experience
*What You Bring*
- Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Problem-solving mindset, with excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
- Organized, reliable, coachable and highly motivated

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $17.00 per hour
