Our AT&T Sales Representative team is dedicated to constantly teaching and improving our sales and helping consumers qualify for their preferred services!

It is vital to us that all associates are provided with the right tools and resources to be successful in their customer interactions. In our customer interactions, we inform the community about products and services. We organize daily meetings, practice communication and sales techniques, and strive to create a superior customer experience. Key AT&T Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with new and existing customers to inform them about the newest telecom technology and service perks that they may qualify for
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive customer information while using a tablet to complete their customer profile
  • Acquiring new customers acquisition for telecom services through in-person communications and client meetings
  • Attending daily training sessions with team leads to ensure you are equipped with solid sales skills, communications skills, and a thorough understanding of our client’s products and services to communicate effectively to customers
  • Working towards achieving individual and team sales goals to contribute to the success of our team and our client’s customer acquisition expectations

AT&T Sales Representative Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, communications, customer service, or any other customer-facing experience
  • Exhibit strong communication and active listening skills to close sales while building strong relationships with customers effectively
  • Self-motivated with a high ambition to succeed in a competitive environment
  • Display a positive attitude with customers, management, fellow junior and senior associates, and our clients, as this greatly benefits the office and team atmosphere
  • Have the ability to problem-solve in challenging situations and be comfortable with asking for help when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Compensation Package:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Performance bonus

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • New Rochelle, NY: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
