Job Summary
The Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. This position is responsible for overseeing business development initiatives, managing client relationships, and leading strategic planning efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, project management skills, and a deep understanding of customer relationship management software, particularly Salesforce. The Development Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop strategies that align with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development efforts to identify and pursue new market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and enhance market presence.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Utilize Salesforce and other software tools for effective customer relationship management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize business potential.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that support business development initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related fields.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management software, particularly Salesforce.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $74,346.00 - $81,233.00 per year
