The Role and What You’ll Do:
160over90 is seeking an Account Executive that will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day servicing of a client’s activation programs. The position will report to the Account Director and will be based in Miami.
  • Day-to-day support of client's sponsorship activation and marketing
  • Manage client campaign approvals process across each country within Latin America and the Caribbean
  • Establish the tracking process for sponsorship related initiatives including package tracking and marketing services tracking
  • Develop or update sponsorship regional guidelines for partnership properties
  • Coordinate and manage necessary weekly and bi-weekly calls
  • Support the creation and implementation of sponsorship marketing materials for all local markets in Latin America and the Caribbean. This will include, but not be limited to, development of creative elements, client marketing presentations, securing approvals from rights-holders, distribution of materials to the client
  • Provide and analyze industry trends, research, competitive analysis, and POVs
  • Ongoing exploration of partnerships strategy based on client needs
  • Register and manage flight bookings for event attendees in partnership with a travel agency
  • Support, follow up and track all merchandise requests
  • Support tracking, audit, approval of any Visa sponsorship
  • Provide recap reports of activations
  • Collaborate with external properties and internal Endeavor divisions
  • Attend client events, as necessary

You Have These:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required; Portuguese a plus
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of agency or client-based account management experience (specific disciplines could include sponsorship marketing, partnership marketing, event marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing)
  • Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with client and agency(s)
  • Experience with on-site event marketing operations and logistics
  • Experience working with internal teams (account/creative) as well as other agency partners
  • Superior client relationship/service skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups
  • Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel ~10% of the time
  • Exceptional in MS Office Suite
  • Experience working with payment companies, finance or retail banking a plus
