We are seeking a motivated Design / Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing customizable cabinets to help people organize their homes. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers that have asked for help through the process of designing and ordering cabinets online. No Cold Calling.
Qualifications:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
· Prior sales experience or customer service experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
1. Understanding the Products we Manufacture: customizable cabinets we offer for the garage, closets, pantry, home office, and more.
2. Product Knowledge and Training: Complete comprehensive training on our manufacturing process, including design technology, quality standards, and the "Organized Space Process" from design to installation.
3. Sales Process Training: Learn the entire sales process, from initial customer contact to post-sale support.
4. Utilizing Sales Tools: Become proficient in using our sales tools such as our CabDesigner design software and CRM system (PipeDrive), including understanding stages, pipelines, and automated sales touchpoints.
5. Effective Communication: Develop strong communication skills to interact with customers via phone, email, and text, providing expert guidance and assistance throughout the sales process.
6. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, assist with design customization, and offer expert design help as needed.
7. Order Processing: Learn how to process orders efficiently to ensure accurate details for production.
8. Follow-up and Support: Provide exceptional customer support by following up with customers after the sale.
9. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product developments, sales techniques, and industry trends to continuously improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Compensation:
· Salary + Commission Position with Excellent Income Potential
· Flexible Schedule that is performance based
