Salary: $80000.00 - $10000.00 per year

Responsibilities


Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

Communicating with our hot leads

Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed

Understanding prospects needs and identifying sales opportunities



Requirements


Excellent communication skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

Ability to manage a marketing pipeline and sales funnel

Desire to be active in community and really help people navigate insurance needs

Desire to build a strong sales team to handle day to day operations

No bankruptcies within the last 3 years

Favorable criminal record

Be willing to work towards getting your Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses

Individuals with a history of sales, operations, and management experience may also be a great candidate for this program
