Who You Are::- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base within the education sector.
- Customer Engagement: Identify and engage with key decision-makers in schools, districts, and educational organizations to present SchoolCloud solutions.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer pain points and objectives, tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase SchoolCloud’s features and benefits, addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing, to potential customers, ensuring clarity and alignment with their needs.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sales to implementation.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and the educational landscape to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and relay customer feedback to the product team to support ongoing improvements and enhancements to SchoolCloud solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field or related experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education technology sector or software solutions.
- Strong understanding of the K-12 education system and its challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel as required to meet clients or attend industry events
