What We Are Seeking

We are seeking a full-timeCommercial Lines Account Executive with high energy, exceptional communication skills and a strong desire to build a career with our agency and long-lasting relationships with our clients. We are looking for a self-starter who is detail oriented, knowledgeable, confident, and comfortable working remotely.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining and growing a book of commercial insurance property & casualty accounts ($4M+ in premiums).
Build rapport and relationships with our clients by providing exceptional customer service through proactive and responsive communication including answering coverage questions, resolving accounting issues and assisting with claims management.
Market new and renewal accounts, including rate and coverage comparisons and accuracy checking.
Prepare Insurance Binders, Certificates, Evidence and Auto ID cards.
Process Endorsements, Cancellations, Reinstatements, Audits and billing on existing policies.
Generate quotes using carrier websites (such as Travelers, Hartford, AmTrust) for new and existing clients and prospects.
Cross sell new lines of coverage to existing clients.
Update and maintain all client details in Epic (agency management system) to ensure information is accurate and current.

Minimum Requirements
