When you join Caterpillar, you're joining a global team who cares not just about the work we do – but also about each other. We are the makers, problem solvers, and future world builders who are creating stronger, more sustainable communities. We don't just talk about progress and innovation here – we make it happen, with our customers, where we work and live. Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.

At Caterpillar, we work to help our customers build a better world. Without our team of talented, bright and driven individuals, we wouldn’t be the Caterpillar we are today. As a Sr. Product Quality Data Transformation Engineer, you’ll have a unique opportunity to be part of a team that aims to take dealer product problem data to a whole new level through operational and platform transformation. Dealer product problem data is a critical piece of product development, problem solving, and accountable metrics. And you’ll own the creation of prioritized, multi-generational roadmaps for the to-be processes, capabilities, and data needs, all of which have increased efficiency, simplicity, and business value at their core.

When it comes to releasing new operational processes and access to the new platform, you’ll lead the learning and adoption phase of the program. You’ll develop training plans, materials, and lead user adoption. You’ll also measure the business impact of the transformation program, capture user feedback, and prioritize enhancement ideas.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Meet the requirements for product problem notification data and related processes

  • Own the development and implementation of prioritized, multi-generational roadmaps for the to-be processes, capabilities, and analytical needs
