3motionAI provides Ergonomic and Biomechanics data to the Workplace Risk market including employers, insurance companies and OT/PT's. Experience in this market would be preferred. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Account Manager with experience in Workplace Health & Safety. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key accounts, particularly in industries focused on ergonomics and workplace safety solutions. As the Sales Account Manager, you will be expected to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive business growth in the health and safety space.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Account Management & Growth: • Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts in the workplace health & safety sector. • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ workplace safety challenges and goals. • Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell 3MotionAI solutions to meet client needs. Sales Strategy Development: • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share within assigned accounts. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align client solutions with 3MotionAI’s product offerings. Customer Relationship Management: • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues. • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and present new products/services. Workplace Safety Solution Expertise: • Gain expertise in 3MotionAI’s Workplace Health & Safety solutions, including ergonomic assessments, injury prevention, and wellness tools. • Educate clients on the benefits of implementing safety measures and how 3MotionAI can assist in reducing workplace injuries and optimizing safety protocols. Reporting & Analysis: • Track and report on account performance, sales targets, and market trends. • Use data and analytics to identify client success metrics and areas for business growth. Team Collaboration: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and ensure seamless service delivery to clients. • Participate in industry events, workshops, and conferences to stay updated on workplace safety trends and maintain professional networks.
QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Occupational Health, or related field. • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in sales or account management, preferably in workplace health, safety, or ergonomics solutions. • Strong understanding of workplace health & safety regulations, programs, and practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Location: Remote or Hybrid/Local to the Greater Toronto Area.
