Our Sarnia branch is growing and we want you to join! We're looking for a Technical Sales Representative who can work independently and collaborate on a team, in addition to strengthening our customer relationship.
What will you do?
- Meet customer’s requirements when promised in an effective and professional manner
- Manage customer issues and service to corporate standards
- Process customer RFQs, ability to read and understand customer Data sheets, schematics, etc. to provide product recommendations.
- Efficiently execute processes, including enter orders (sales, production, service) into our computer system, create order confirmations, invoices for material order, enter any buyout Purchase Orders for supplier.
- Ensure accuracy of all orders and billing are done in timely manner
- Collaborate in building key business strategies and initiatives with sales, marketing and operations to maximize results.
- Help execute a sales strategy that ensures long term growth with key customers in the region.
- Work with our outside sales group to cultivate key customer relationships throughout Ontario and assist in the development and implementation of strategic business and marketing plans for all products and services included within DNOW’s core offering.
- Share customer and market specific intelligence to support internal business groups.
- Demonstrate competence and compliance with DNOW’s processes, procedures, safety regulations and system requirements.
- Assist when required with Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving duties.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Build and foster relationships with key Vendors.
