SUMMARY
The Offline Sale Representative supports the Marketing and Sales department with various duties to include special projects, sales goals, and meeting coordination. Offline Sales Representative will actively pursue and develop opportunities to increase sales for Rejuran, Dr. J SkinClinic and JBP. This position supports the office administration with trade shows, sales support, and customer support activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
- Identify offline retailers to sell our products for e.g. Sephora, Ulta, Macy’s, Costco, Amazon etc
- Reach out, establish connections, and establish new relationships and partnerships
- Refine current processes, streams, and creatives with the goal of improving channel performance
- Responsible for developing offline Channels POS, while raising the bar in our customer experience
- Lead and define the Trade Marketing masterplan to offer relevant permanent & temporary solutions for key periods, events and promotional opportunities
- Manage and track all sales account through Pipedrive by meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position our services and maintain a competitive edge.
- Consistently delivering customers with personalized service and accurate, timely work
- Handling a steady volume of calls and emails including: Placing new product orders via phone or email, providing updates on new and existing orders, pricing, product information and delivery tracking details; Researching customer questions; Processing returns and credits for returned goods; Documenting discussions; Other customer based needs
- Work with National Sales Director in order to cultivate relationship and collaborate on growth opportunities
- Managing sample allocation, placing orders, providing marketing materials, and assisting accounts with marketing and business development strategies
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and represents Rejuran USA, Dr. J SkinClinic and JBP with integrity, honesty, and professionalism at all times
- Travel to customer or event locations as needed to conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Attend trade shows and other marketing opportunities by maximizing ROI.
- Complete special projects and any other duties as assigned

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- 5 plus years of experience in skincare or cosmetic customer service.
- 5 plus years of Offline Retail Sales experience
- Strong analytical, communication, verbal, written and Microsoft Suite skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas
- Team player; willing to complete special assignments on call when needed
- Ability to work in a frequently interrupted, short-deadline environment while giving courteous support for customer’s immediate needs
- Ability to read, write, spell; compose business letters, and use common business math applications. General office and accurate data entry skills.
- Travel is required: 20%
- On Site work is required. (Residence within 20 miles)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
- Skincare/Cosmetic Customer Service: 5 years (Required)
- Offline Retail: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)

- 25% (Preferred)
