Started in the fall of 2000, All-Star has transformed into 3 companies. We are All-Star Tire, specializing in industrial tires. All-Star Forklift, specializing in forklift sales and service and All-Star Equipment Rental. We distribute products and services needed for the operation of our customers’ business and material handling needs in Harris and the surrounding counties of Texas.

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Manager at All-Star Forklift, you will be responsible for devising and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and expand our market presence. You will play a vital role in fostering client relationships, promoting our comprehensive range of forklifts and material handling equipment, and achieving ambitious sales targets. You'll collaborate closely with customers, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions to optimize their material handling operations."

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential customers across diverse industries, assessing their forklift and material handling equipment needs.

Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships with our existing client base, ensuring exceptional service and fostering loyalty.

Leverage your expertise to offer personalized product recommendations and guidance, facilitating informed purchasing decisions.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes tailored to each client's requirements.

Collaborate with our sales team and management to devise effective sales strategies, consistently meeting or exceeding set targets.

Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings, leveraging insights to maintain our competitive edge.

Represent All-Star Forklift at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase our products and generate leads.

Maintain meticulous sales records and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of successful sales achievements within the forklift or material handling equipment industry is highly preferred.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and fostering productive relationships.

Demonstrated aptitude for negotiation and problem-solving, coupled with a results-driven mindset.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
