Qualifications for the BilingualInsurance Sales Representative/Agent:

Must be Bilingual in Spanish/English
Must have at least 1 year of Insurance experience
Property & Casualty license is preferred, employee must be able to obtain within 60 days of hire date
At least 1 year of sales or client-facing experience is preferred
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
Must be motivated and determined

Responsibilities for the Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative/Agent:

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
